James and his apprentice, Bailey, were cheerful, efficient, responsive and flexible.They had a job to do and they got on with it while also being friendly and respectful. They looked out for naughty cats trying to sneak into spaces they weren’t allowed, they were careful with cleanliness and making sure the walls weren’t bumped or marked.

It was a pleasure to work with James and his crew. Communication around the work, which involved coordinating with other tradies, was outstanding – James is always very clear and inspires confidence. When the team arrived, the work wasn’t straightforward, but they solved all the problems and left the area looking slick and span. I will call on Record Electrical whenever I need work done!
